Lemont Quarries Adventure Park (LQAP) is seeking a well-rounded Digital Marketer who has extensive experience across various paid channels (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat, YouTube) as well as experience building, testing and administering email marketing campaigns, and high-conversion landing pages and digital ads.
Reporting to the Marketing & Community Director, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing all of LQAP’s paid search channels and our email marketing efforts to drive web traffic, customer acquisition, and repeat purchase.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for paid search, analytics, marketing automation, and driving the highest quality leads at the lowest possible cost per lead. This position will be operating in a high-energy, high-growth environment. PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities include, but are not necessarily limited to:
Strategize, execute and measure all LQAP paid marketing programs, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, all relevant Social Channels, plus others based on our ideal client profiles and customer journey maps
Develop, set up, test, deploy, monitor, track, and report on email marketing campaign programs based on our ideal client profiles and customer journey maps
Collaborate with the marketing team in the development and implementation of key demand creation, automated nurturing, lead scoring, and lead management programs
Be self-sufficient in creating and sending emails, creating landing pages and associated campaigns, handling lead imports and monitoring campaign results
Work closely on communications and programs with our “product” and sales teams to maximize the effectiveness of each program
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
2-4 years experience in a B2C marketing demand generation role
You have a deep understanding of digital demand generation, including inbound and outbound campaigns, paid search, marketing automation, and process best practices - with expertise in Google, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Demonstrated written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and know when to seek guidance
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where strategies or campaigns can quickly shift as business needs warrant
Strong analytical and reporting skills to analyze performance and communicate insights to internal stakeholders
PHYSICAL AND SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS
In this position:
Because our park is located in a natural, outdoor, wooded location, candidates must be comfortable and willing to work in all seasonal outdoor weather conditions as operational and management duties may require
You must be comfortable and willing to climb as necessary
You need to be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds
If you don't already have them, you will need to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification
